What is the Warranty on our products?

Royal Bath offers a different period of warranty on each product category (please see below). It is exclusive to the first buyer as long as they stay in the same property.
The warranty does not include damages resulting from a product defect, negligence, repair or exchange of a defective product and natural disasters. The warranty does not cover labor and shipping costs or any costs associated with removal, maintenance, modification or installation of external materials such as marble, wooden floors, etc. The warranty excludes poorly maintained products, please refer to our suggested documents on how to properly maintain Royal Bath's products.If you have any questions, please contact us at info@royalbath.ca or call us at 647-508-0999, we will gladly assist you.
The warranty doesn't apply to damages from external causes (acts of God or breakages from a shock and mishandling of the product), regardless of the involvement of the buyer or installer. Royal Bath strongly recommends all installation of products by anaccredited professional because the warranty excludes any damages caused by improper installation.
Depending on situations, Royal Bath can ask for a proof of purchase. All declarations must be supported/ documented by pictures or videos. Royal Bath does not accept third party charges. Royal Bath must be contacted before any expenses.

SERVICE CALL PROCESS (for manufacturer's defects)
Please send an email to info@royalbath.ca with a picture/ video showing the claimed defect & original invoice.
If there needs to be further diagnosis, the client must bring the product to the store.
Our specialist will bring a diagnosis to the product.
If it is deemed as a manufacturer's defect by our specialist, then the product or part will be exchanged at no additional cost if the product falls under its warranty. If it is NOT deemed as a manufacturer's defects OR that the product is no longer in its warranty period, and there needs to be a replacement at the client's own cost. Shipping fees are not included.

*Faucets: 10 year warranty on cartridges & 1 year on manufacturer's defect OR Obtain a Lifetime Warranty on the cartridge + 1 year on manufacturer's defects with an additional Package Plan - please contact us for more info.
Vasques/ Vessel sinks: 1 year on manufacturer's defects
‍Shower columns: 5 years on the cartridge and 1 year on manufacturer's defects on pieces and surface OR Obtain a Lifetime Warranty on the cartridge + 1 year on manufacturer's defects on pieces and parts with an additional Package Plan - please contact us for more info.
‍Kitchen sinks: 25-year warranty on manufacturer's defects and one (1) month warranty on kitchen sink strainers (ST-01 and ST-02).
‍LED Mirror: 1 year warranty on manufacturer's defects
‍Toilet: Valid model exchange within 1 month after purchase. 1 year warranty on manufacturer's defects
‍Shower doors/ Shower bases: 10 year warranty on manufacturer's defects in the event of a normal usage
‍Bathtub: 5 year warranty on manufacturer's defects
‍Shower heads & Accessories: Valid model exchange within 1 month after purchase. 2 months warranty on manufacturer's defects
Bathroom vanity: 5 year warranty on manufacturer's defects

How do Deposits & Quotes work?

  • Quotes are valid within 7 days from the submission & cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • We ask for a minimum deposit of 30% of your total order. Then, your items will be reserved for when you are ready for your renovation projects.

What is the process for Deliveries & Receiving Merchandise?

  • All orders should be 100% paid 7 days prior to the delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all merchandise upon receipt and arrival.
  • Shipping fees for returns are not included, only in-store returns are accepted.
  • If merchandise received is missing or shows manufacturers' defects upon receipt, it is the customers' responsibility to report this to info@royalbath.ca within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 days) upon the receipt of the merchandise

What is our Return & Exchanges policy?

GENERAL POLICY FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS

Exchange/ Refund on merchandise with a valid proof of purchase within 30 days following the date of purchase and the items must be as new (unused, uninstalled, returned in its original condition and packaging) with undamaged box and original pieces if there are any.

  • Reimbursement on deposit accepted within 7 days following the initial date of the deposit
  • If merchandise presents manufacturer's defects or missing piece(s) upon purchase, client should report this to info@royalbath.ca within 24 hours of the purchase date. Exclusion applies to clearance items, demonstrators and damages from exterior causes.
  • Royal Bath does not take responsibility for the damages on products once it leaves the warehouse.
  • Please note: All products for delivery or pick-up have already been 100% inspected before it leaves the warehouse.
  • Royal Bath reserves the right to refuse an exchange/ refund if one of the conditions is not respected.
  • Exclusion applies to shower heads and accessories (Valid model exchange + refund within 2 months after purchase).
  • We do not cover shipping fees.

Stocking fees will be charged starting at 30% if:

  • Exchange or refund on merchandise is not returned in the original conditional (e.g. damaged box, used, missing parts, etc.)
  • Mass returns
  • Returns that surpass the number of days of our Exchange/Returns policy

Clearance Items

  • All clearance items and demonstrators are final sale

POLICY FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

  • Click here to print the returns form (only valid for customers who have weekly orders with our in-house delivery).
  • Exchange and returns valid within 90 days following the purchasing date with proof of purchase.
  • If the returned merchandise is not in its original condition/ returned later than 90 days/ without valid reason, there will be re-stocking fees of 30% that will be charged.
  • Customers are responsible to examine the merchandise upon receipt to see if everything is in its proper condition. If the received merchandise is missing, damaged, etc., the client is responsable to communicate Royal Bath within 48 hours following the delivery.
  • Given the complexity of handling bulky and/or heavy products, Royal Bath reserves the right to refuse a return of an accumulation of heavy and/ or bulky products (such as toilets, vanities, vasques, tubs, sinks, shower doors and bases) or charge a 30% re-stocking fee.
